Long before Mark Hall formed the Grammy Award-winning band,
Casting Crowns, he had a vision to take what he was learning as a youth pastor and share it with other youth pastors. Thrive Resources was formed by Mark and Melanie Hall in late 2015 for the purpose of providing that support through videos, seminars, blogs, curriculum and other support materials, all provided free-of-charge to volunteer and part-time youth leaders around the world.
